I truly want to thank everyone that participated. I hadn’t anticipated the hardest part for me : having to judge which artwork would win. If I could, I would send you all a copy of the book, because you’re all amazing to give your time and show off your skills. But I’ve committed to selecting 3 winners, and that’s what I’m sticking to!
So these 3 winners are going to get to choose book 1 or 2. I’ve already contacted you by email or facebook. So send me your address and your selection, and I’ll send them out tomorrow.
Joost Haakman

The thing that stood out to me with this one was the mood. Also, this is a scene that hasn’t happened yet! It tells a story and captures the characters really well. Rin especially looks like he’s showing off his tough ninja skills in this pose.
Jose Sebastian G.L.

Mao usually doesn’t rage this hard, but there was so much care put into the chains and the pillar, and the shaping of the hair that I had to recognize this one. The energy is undeniable!
Andy Genen

Andy is practically a master of capturing gesture and attitude in his characters poses. The expression on Arn’s face is priceless.
For everyone that participated, again I want to thank you! Seeing all of your different styles and interpretations, you’ve made the characters even more “real” to me.
